RegulyAI is an AI compliance toolkit designed to help organizations classify AI risk, generate regulatory documentation, and monitor compliance across global frameworks including the EU AI Act and US state laws (the "Service"). The Service is currently in pre-launch and available only through a waitlist. By joining the waitlist, you express interest in being notified when the Service becomes available. Waitlist registration does not constitute a purchase, subscription, or binding agreement to use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Website and join the waitlist. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Obligations

When using our Website, you agree to:

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to RegulyAI in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

10. Account & Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your waitlist registration and all associated personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@regulyai.com. We will process your deletion request within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

We strive to keep the Website accessible at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Website or Service.
